Colour: Dark crimson purple

Bouquet: Aromas of ripe cherries, dark fruits and a hint of spice.

Palate: A generous palate with fine tannins lead to a long savoury finish.

Vintage: 2008 was an extremely warm and dry season. Yields were relatively low, producing intense flavours in the grapes.

Winemaking: Made in the traditional method, This sparkling red is made from 100% Pinot Noir using traditional methods with 3 years on yeast lees
