Variety: Riesling Region: Mornington Peninsula
Harvested: 6th April 2010     Alcohol: 13.5% Vol
Planted: 1981
Colour: Pale straw with pale green hues.
Bouquet: Delicate aromas of honey, citrus and rose petal.

Palate: The ‘délice’, (delicious) sweet and unctuous palate mirrors the aromas, with zingy acidity
providing a lime sherbet balanced finish – YUM!!

Vintage: The 2010 vintage was relatively consistent, with good rainfall and warm ambient temperatures.
The Riesling reached a level of extra sweetness and intensity, with a little Botrytis evident,
making it perfect for a late harvest style.

Winemaker: Geraldine McFaul

Winemaking: Whole bunch pressed, the juice was chilled and clarified, then racked for fermentation. The
wine was fermented at a low temperature to preserve delicate floral and lime aromas and
flavours. The ferment was stopped at around 60g/L residual sugar and approximately 13%
alcohol. It was then cold and heat stabilised, filtered and bottled in late July.
