Vintage: The 2010 vintage was relatively consistent, with good rainfall and warm ambient temperatures producing wines of exceptional quality.
Winemaker: Kathleen Quealy
Winemaking: According to the ‘Queen of Gris’, winemaker Kathleen Quealy, the 2010 vintage is a ‘cracker’, full of wonderful fruit driven characters. Handpicked precisely on the right day 26th March, the Pinot Gris crop had a low yield, producing grapes with intense flavour. The grapes were whole bunch pressed to maintain beautiful clean, fresh fruit characters. The juice was fermented in stainless steel and bottled, creating a fresh and fruity style wine.
