Colour: Pale Straw
Bouquet: Aroma of lime, rose and passionfruit.
Palate: The palate is crisp, delicate and dry, showing abundant citrus and floral flavours.
Vintage: 2011 was a challenging year with rain breaking the drought.. Of course the vineyard team at Elgee Park made all efforts to produce healthy ripe grapes.
Winemaker: Geraldine McFaul
Winemaking: After being harvested at perfect ripeness, the Riesling was de-stemmed, crushed, drained and then pressed and settled. The free run juice was then cool fermented, settled, racked, filtered and bottled to produce a wonderful fresh, crisp and aromatic style Riesling.
